BREAKING: Policemen protest in Ondo after election

Some officers of the Nigeria Police Force on Monday morning, November 28, took to the streets of Ondo to protest non-payment of their last Saturday governorship election allowance, The Punch reports. According to the reports, the police officers went haywire in Ondo town, Ondo state, protesting non-payment of their allowance.


It was gathered that the policemen protested in Fagun street in Ondo town ‎chanting various war songs as the development caused traffic logjam in the area.

The protesters ‎were reportedly beating journalists who were trying to speak with them and residents who wanted to take photographs of the protest.
