In Kwara INEC reveals unlawful enrollment focus

"It has gone to the notice of Free National Constituent Commission, Kwara Express that some deceitful people are doing illicit enrollment of voters in Offa Neighborhood Government territory," Atser said. 

As per him, the culprits of the illicit enrollment were utilizing Corel Attract application to change the particulars in a checked INEC PVC.
